As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Paige believes in the concept of addiction as “dis-ease” and imbalance of the mind, body and spirit. She specializes in helping her clients recognize the cycle of addiction and release the emotional blocks that hinder well-being. Paige utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, inner child work and psychotherapy, along with meditation and visualization techniques to empower her clients to discover their own intuitive guidance and ability to heal themselves. Paige has experience in helping clients overcome stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-esteem, adjustment challenges and loss or grief. Her passion is to guide clients to become aware of the self-limiting belief systems that prevent them from living happy, healthy and balanced lives and to inspire them to make positive changes.
Paige’s experience encompasses individual counseling and group counseling with young children, adolescents and adults. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida.
